🔍 Delayed, Lost, or Split Shipments

Split Shipments: To get your items to you as fast as possible, orders containing multiple products may occasionally ship in separate packages. You will receive a unique tracking number for each package if this occurs.

Support: If your tracking stops updating unexpectedly, or is marked "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact our support team within 7 days of the notice so we can immediately launch an investigation with the carrier.
